The Dental Savings Plan Direct (DS-Direct Care) is a patient centered/ dentist directed program.  Our members pay a $39 monthly fee to join and receive a $1000 per year maximum benefit coverage with no deductibles or a $59 monthly fee to join and receive a $1500 per calendar year maximum benefit coverage with no deductibles.  Dental exams and cleanings are covered at 100%; additional, routine dental services are covered at a discounted rate. There is a 6 month waiting period from date of enrollment to receive discounted fees on restorative and major services.  The DS-Direct Care does not provide comprehensive dental insurance coverage.  Please review Schedule Fees for plan guidelines and limitations.

The Dental Savings Plan (DSP) is designed for patients without insurance or to supplement existing insurance companies or Medicare that only covers the preventative, cleanings and exams, portion of dentistry. The Dental Savings Plan is a discounted dental fee plan, not an insurance plan.  There is a $69 annual membership fee.  This fee is non-refundable. There is a 6 month waiting period from date of enrollment to receive discounted fees on restorative and major services. The participant must visit the dental office every 6 months for an exam, x rays, as prescribed, and a cleaning to be eligible for the discounted rates. Our goal is to prevent dental problems and then provided discounted rates if they occur.   Please review the Schedule Fees for plan guidelines and limitations.

Membership fees are payable to Spokane Dental Providers.  Annual Fees must be paid in full.  Monthly fees can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually, with a secured credit card on file.  Spokane Dental Providers does not send out billing statements.
